廖創興企業執行董事廖坤城

In 1948, Chaozhou-born tycoon Liu Po
Shan established his banking and property
businesses in Hong Kong under what
subsequently became a household name of
the time – “Liu Chong Hing”. Liu Chong Hing
Bank (later renamed Chong Hing Bank) was
sold to China state-owned Yue Xiu group in
2014. Today, the property businesses grouped
under Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited
continue to be managed by Liu’s descendants,
including his grandson Christopher Liu, who is
an executive director in the company.
潮籍華商廖寶珊於 1948年在香港創立其銀行和地產
業務，令「廖創興」這個品牌家傳戶曉。時至今天，
廖創興銀行（其後易名創興銀行）已於 2014 年轉讓
給國資企業越秀集團，而廖創興企業旗下的地產業
務繼續由廖氏家族後人經營。Christopher 廖坤城
屬於廖氏家族第三代傳人之一，現職廖創興企業的
