ist Sotheby’s International Realty is a unique global
agency group with a talent in selling properties in multiple
markets worldwide. With a strong presence in Japan,
Hong Kong, Singapore, Hawaii, Philippines, and an
L office soon to be opened in Bangkok this year, List SIR is
already making its mark on the international property scene.
On January 22, 2018, List Group hosted a 4-day conference in
Hawaii where all five of the company’s international offices
were represented. Although the company’s offices are closely
linked, the conference provided a valuable opportunity for
the offices to have a deeper understanding of each country’s
individual market, as well as to learn about real estate trends.
List Sotheby’s International Realty is ready to receive exciting
and challenging opportunities and is waiting to join hands with
all other agencies within the List Group.

利斯蘇富比國際房地產作為跨國房地產集團，在亞太區多個據點
設有辦事處。目前，集團於日本、香港、新加坡、夏威夷、菲律賓
均設有辦事處，曼谷的辦事處亦快將開幕，進一步鞏固集團在亞
太區的影響力。雖然集團各地辦事處一直保持緊密溝通，但為讓
各辦事處成員更了解各地市場趨勢，分享個人見解，集團在1月
22日，於夏威夷舉辦了一場為期四天的會議，集團五個辦事處均
派代表出席。出席者透過演講和討論等互動環節，激發出智慧火
花，集團期望日後各辦事處將有更多更緊密合作，締造機遇。
