展開新序章 為擴大亞太區業務版圖揭開新章節。

HONG KONG OFFICE OPENING
List Sotheby’s International Realty was pleased
to host the celebratory launch of its presence in
Hong Kong on the evening of October 19, 2017 at
its new office at 33 Des Voeux Road Central.
A number of honorable guests attended the very
special event, along with members of the media
and friends, that commenced with speeches by
Mr. Hisashi Kitami, President and CEO of List
Group, and Ms. Binoche Chan, Chief Operating
Officer of List Sotheby’s International Realty
in Hong Kong. After a warm welcome, Mr.
Kitami and Ms. Chan were joined by Mr. Yasushi
Yamada, Chief Operating Officer of List Holdings
Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Mr. Hideki Furukawa,
Managing Director of List Holdings Singapore Pte.
Ltd. to officially begin the opening ceremony.

香港辦事處正式開幕
香港利斯蘇富比國際房地產List Sotheby’s
International Realty 位於香港中環德輔道中 33號
的辦事處正式在2017年10月19日開幕，當晚更榮
獲眾多業界友好、合作夥伙及媒體朋友蒞臨支
持。日本List集團主席兼行政總裁北見尚之先生，
聯同香港首席運營官陳苑女士、List新加坡控股
公司營運總監山田泰史先生及常務董事古川秀樹
先生，先後於開幕儀式上致辭，其後四位主禮嘉賓
在來賓見證下為香港辦事處正式進行揭幕儀式。
