L ocated in Kadoorie Hill, St. George’s Mansions is an

urban oasis surrounded by wide tree-lined avenues.
The enclave of low-rise homes is within spitting
distance of prestigious local and international schools,
a perfect balance of privacy and convenience.
The design concept is remarkably unobtrusive
yet sensitive to the traditional architecture and natural
surroundings, extending Kadoorie Hill’s historical
essence. The building façade uses European natural stone
finishing, adorned with aluminium cladded windows to
encapsulate the exquisite yet understated elegance.
St. George’s Mansions comprises three towers,
offering a total of 175 luxurious apartments. Most of the
units are laid out as three- and four-bedrooms, ranging in
size from 1,839 to 2,141 square feet, in addition to a small
number of two-bedroom units. With some previously sold
at prices in excess of HK$200 million apiece, the sought-
after penthouses have rooftop access, while two other
simplex units have access to a flat roof on the same level.
Amenities include a clubhouse containing a lounge at
the lobby level, with access to the gymnasium, children’s
playroom and outdoor swimming pool.
The architectural masterpiece is now near completion,
expected to be delivered in August 2022. More of the
building’s imposing Gascogne Beige limestone façade is
being revealed as the scaffolding continues to come down.
