智能長者家居生活
預計於2022 年落成的曦蕓居，樓高22 層，合共提供168伙單
位，分為獨立自住型、生活協助型及認知照顧型三種，單位
面積由約200至700 呎不等。每個單位均有獨立露台。會所
備有室內恆溫泳池、理髮美容室、智能健身室，更有多個綠
化空間、優質餐廳、醫療中心與復康設備，可謂應有盡有。
每個單位均配備智能科技，長者能以聲控開關窗簾及調
節燈光，還有全方位機械人，協助測量血壓體溫，及提示長
者食藥和覆診。醫療團隊亦可透過機械人的記錄觀察長者日
常行為，並在定期會面中，提醒及教育長者保持健康習慣。
曦蕓居更是本港首個引進冷凍天花板系統的住宅項目。
天花板內設智能恆溫空調系統，全天候保持舒適的溫度和
濕度，營造冬暖夏涼的體感，同時避免傳統冷氣機冷風吹向
頭部所造成的不適感。每個單位的冷凍天花板為獨立封閉
式系統，更可有效預防單位之間的交叉感染。

預防及復康治療至為關鍵
全面且兼具預防與治療的醫社結合營運模式，是曦蕓居引
以為傲的重點。長者於入住前需要進行一個全面的健康評
估，讓團隊掌握並客觀分析所有健康數據，從而為每位長者
制訂個人照顧計劃。曦蕓居的跨專業醫療團隊包括醫生、護
士、社工、物理治療師和職業治療師等，會按個人計劃跟進
長者的健康狀況。這支團隊擁有三十年以上的經驗，以充足
臨床數據支持、高科技儀器支援及有系統的計劃，從預防
訓練到復康治療全面幫助長者從傷病中復原，減慢衰退及
保持良好身體機能。團隊引入一系列高科技儀器，來協助有
不同需要的長者們進行治療與訓練，當中包括香港罕見的
水中跑步機及全港只有幾套的機械腳和機械手等等。
