SMART LIVING FOR SENIORS
Expected to complete in 2022, Ventria Residence will
provide 168 apartments on 22 storeys. With net floor
areas ranging from 200 to 700 sq.ft., the residence offers
Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care
apartments catered to different needs. Each apartment
has two balconies and is fully furnished. The private
clubhouse offers world-class facilities, including an indoor
heated pool, spa and hair salon, smart fitness centre,
sky gardens, Chinese and Western restaurants, medical
centre and rehabilitation studio.
Each apartment is equipped with a Smart Living
System, enabling residents to open or shut the curtains
or adjust lighting using voice commands. The companion
robot in each apartment can even assist the residents to
take blood pressure and other vital signs, as well as giving
appointment and medication reminders. These data are
then synced to a dedicated cloud server which enables the
medical team to analyse real-time and advise personalised
lifestyle suggestions and medical plans to the residents.
Ventria Residence is the first residential project in Hong
Kong to adopt the Chilled Ceiling System technology. The
technology is based on ceiling-based radiant cooling panels
coupled with chilled water pipes. The intelligent system
automatically adjusts room temperature and humidity
