ADA WONG, CEO OF CHAMPION REIT
冠君產業信託年輕女CEO王家琦

If it takes eight years to do one single job
interview, would you have the endurance
to finish it? Ada Wong did. Having passed
this seemingly unpassable test, she was
recognised by Adrian Lee, former CEO of
Champion REIT. Adrian invited Ada to join the
company and spent two years on passing on
his experience in property management and
coaching her how to operate the business.
Inheriting her knowledge from the master, Ada
was appointed the CEO of Champion REIT in
2016 and she is now one of the very few young
female CEOs in Hong Kong.

不能的試煉，最終得到冠君產業信託前任行政總裁
Adrian Lee李澄明賞識，邀請她加入信託，並花了兩
年時間將其管理物業的心得與租賃業務的實際運作
傾囊相授，盡得真傳的Ada於2016年正式出任信託
的行政總裁，成為香港少數年輕女CEO。
