Eric received his formal education in England and gained an honors degree in Building Environment from the University College, London. He subsequently migrated to Australia and gained an advanced degree in Commerce from the UNSW Business School, Sydney. He has lived abroad for almost 15 years before he returned to Hong Kong.

After returning to his home city, Eric started his career in real estate, working for one of the leading International Property Consultancies in Commercial Sales and Leasing. Over the years in the field, he has earned experiences on handling En Bloc as well as Retail Residential, International Project Sales for the UK, Australia, and Thailand markets. His excellent standard of customer services has been accredited by the Hong Kong Tourism Board in 2003.  He offers professional advice and judgement after fully understanding his customers’ requirements and needs. 

Eric believes that learning is a lifelong process. As his passion on Real Estates business grows, he keeps himself up-to-date with the market trends by regularly attending workshops and seminars.

Eric has 2 young children. In his leisure time, he likes to sip a cup of tea while watching his favorite Hollywood movies. He enjoys playing poker as well as chess. He listens to motivational materials while he is hiking, exercising, and driving. He is especially fond of travelling, eating and experiencing life. He is a fan of Japanese food and had even spent a year in Japan to experience and explore the culture.
