Prior to developing the real estate career, Alan was a successful computer Sales Manager leading a team in one of the top three local IT System Integrators in Hong Kong. With his enthusiasm in real estate, he made a vital decision to switch his career to the real estate Industry. Alan believes that learning is a life-long process and with an objective to strengthen his professionalism in the real estate industry, he completed a Master’s Degree in Facility Management in 2014.

Through these 20 years, he has been working in several renowned companies, one of them being the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm on the Fortune 500 (ranking no. 122 in 2021). He joined the company as a Manager in the Investment and Project Marketing team in 2005. In 2015, he grew his career to the luxury overseas property markets in countries like Australia, United Kingdom and Canada.
 
Upon joining one of the top leading real estate companies in Hong Kong, Alan was promoted to Senior Project Manager, assisting the Project Director to execute several Region Sales Programs in Hong Kong.
 
From the viewpoint of his employers, Alan was accredited as a hardworking, self-motivated, conscientious, honest, and honorable staff, and working with Alan is a pleasant experience. He is passionate on his job and always strives to balance the interests between the property owners and his potential buyers. He is a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional whom the clients can confide in.
 
Alan is fluent in Cantonese and English and fair in Putonghua. He enjoys swimming, hiking, tennis, singing, movie-going and travelling in his free time.
